The Netduma is compatible with every game, however the Geo-filter and Deny & Allow features are only useful if the game you are playing has a matchmaking system that decides the host you connect to. This is true for virtually all console games and some PC games. See the lists below for the games the Geo-filter is compatible with:

Fully supported games

  • Call of Duty (All recent games e.g. Black Ops 3, Advanced Warfare, Ghosts, BOP 2, MW2)
  • Destiny
  • GTA 5
  • Mortal Kombat X
  • Mario Kart 8
  • Smash Bros
  • Halo MCC
  • Battlefield 4
  • Fifa 15
  • Battlefield 4

Partially supported

Halo 5 places you on a dedicated server before checking if you can actually connect to it. The Geo-filter then prevents you from connecting to a server if it is outside your range, but you will need to restart your search afterwards.

CS:GO works for casual, server search. Competitive servers are clustered in the same location so may not be as useful but some users have mentioned they like the ability to force certain clusters e.g. EU West over EU East.

Undergoing Testing

These are games that we are currently testing to see whether they can be supported.

  • The Division
  • Star Wars: Battlefront
  • Overwatch
  • Doom
  • Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege

Not supported

There are many PC games, like LoL and DOTA 2, that provide servers a player chooses to play on so the Geo-filter would not be effective.

Future support

There are many other games that the Geo-filter will already work with but may not have been tested yet. It is very easy for us to add additional games so if you have a game you would like us to support, please let us know on our forum here.

Our standard ping feature should work for any game or service. The advanced ping stats, which includes jitter, packet loss, tick rate etc only works for the following games:

  • CS:GO
  • Dota 2
  • LoL
  • Insurgency
  • Team Fortress

All other features, such as Anti-flood and Device Prioritisation, will work with every game and any device.
