These buttons provide you an easy way to reboot the router and factory reset.
As the name suggests clicking this button will reboot your router. You will know it has rebooted when you hear a "beep" come from the router itself.
Rebooting the router also saves all current settings on the router.
ALWAYS reboot the router from this button unless you cannot access the interface.
This is the much easier, safer and preferred method of doing a factory reset. Clicking the button will then reset and reboot the router. When you connect back to the router interface you will need to enter your settings again.
This will completely reset the router to stock settings. As if you have just powered it on for the first time. The firmware will stay on the current version.
Please only reset as a last resort and if directed by a member of staff.
Please note the WiFi password will now be 'netdumar1', if you are having trouble connecting to WiFi please use an ethernet cable into a PC to access the interface and change the wireless password.
Factory Reset via Hardware
Please only do this if you cannot access the NETDUMA interface, if you can please follow the above steps for resetting via software.
You can do a reset from the hardware itself, at the back of the router where the power and ethernet cables plug in is a small circular hole with 'RES' written above. In order to reset you will need to push something small into the hole such as a pen or pin. Once you have done this the router will reboot.
Please note the wifi password will now be 'netdumar1' if you are having trouble connecting to wifi please use an ethernet cable into a PC to access the interface and change the wireless password.
