You may encounter the graph pausing or even not showing any data.


Our recommended browsers to use with the interface are Google Chrome or Firefox. If you are experiencing this issue on another browser try on these browser and see if the issue persists.


If it is still occurring do a factory reset from Settings > Miscellaneous. Keep in mind this will lose all of the settings you currently have on the router. You can save your settings by creating a profile and exporting it. Then proceed with the reset.
