I did not receive an email confirmation after ordering.

Your email server may have blocked our order confirmation email. Please check your spam / junk folder as it may be in there. Hopefully you have received a confirmation email from PayPal as well which is unlikely to have been blocked. If you have received neither email but you are sure you ordered, please email us at email@example.com and we will be able to confirm for you. Please provide your full name and if possible, your order number.
