You may have a device enabled in the VPN settings. A disabled device looks like the bottom left picture. An enabled device will appear colour with a check box. Make sure you disable all the devices on the VPN pages. You may not be connected to a VPN but if a device is selected it can cause and issue with pinging.
If you are still experiencing issues, try these solutions:
- Disable Adblock on your web browser.
- Disable your PC's firewall.
- Disable your PC's antivirus.
If none of the above worked then it is likely that you have an upstream router (i.e. the router the R1 is connected to) and it's firewall settings are too strictly blocking incoming connections. Lower these settings and you should then be able to ping using the Geo-filter.
